Ownet's Adventures - S01 E12

it!!,”ibrahim said and jumped inside

the river after dropping his staff.

The water was deeper than ibrahim

has expected. He was already at the

depth of the river. He had thought

that he would be able to breath and

talk in the river just as he did last

time. But it was different now. It was

a hibernation. It was not an ordinary

water. Ibrahim couldn’t hold his

breath any longer so he tried

breathing and with that, water

flowed freely to his body. He was

shaking his body in pains when

suddenly he felt a ray directly

pointing at his eyes.

GOD IS GREAT!!! A voice shouted and

other chorused, He has woken.

Ibrahim was suprised to see people

gathered around him. His eyes were

blurred for some minutes but after

sometime he regained his vision.

His dad instantly came to his side.

What happened to me?,” ibrahim

asked.

My son, we found you on the

bathroom and you were not

breathin. We took you here and

started praying. I arrived here

immediately they told me,” Mr

grammer replied.

Ibrahim was confuse right now. He

was to undergo his hibernation but

how come he is here again. Had i

been dreaming or what, but dad said

i was not breathing and he found me

on the bathroom but how come, i

slept at Mrs khadijat room before i

found myself on the mystic land so

how is this happening?”, ibrahim

asked rhetorically,making sure he

was not audible for people to hear

him.

But my son what were you doing at

the bathroom?,’ Mr grammer asked

keeping close range at ibrahim as if

he will disappear any minute.

Daddy i dont know too, i slept

at…ibrahim was about to complete

his statement when Mrs khadijat

came inside.

She quickly went close to ibrahim

and carried him. Oh my boy, when

you wanted to go and piss why

didn’t you wake me so that i will

follow you,’ Mrs hadiza said hugging

ibrahim tight.

Ibrahim was baffled at what Mrs

hadiza had said. He was very sure

that Mrs hadiza was lieing, come to

think of it how will i go to the

bathroom when i didn’t even know

how i slept.”, ibrahim thought within

himself and looked at Mrs hadiza

whom was smiling at him.

I have no doubt right now that Mrs

hadiza knew something about the

place i went. She planned

everything but how will i tell my

dad. Mrs hadiza was the closest

friend my dad have so he will never

believe me if i tell him about it.

Nobody will believe an 8years old

boy saying that he went to a magical

land and his uncles wife was

responsible for it,” ibrahim thought

within himself.

My dad turned at me with anger, why

didn’t you tell her that you wanted

to go and piss,’ my dad queried.

Uhmmm dad i am sorry i didn’t want

to disturb aunty khadijat. I wont do it

again”,Ibrahim apologise and gave

Mrs khadijat a stern look.

I pray so because you almost give

me and your mum a heartattack.i

thought something else had

happened to you. From henceforth

you will sleep with your brothers in

their room while me and your mum

will sleep in my room,” Mr grammer

said, looking at ibrahim.

Everybody came to greet ibrahim.

Some people believed that ibrahim

had resurrected again. So more

respects was giving to him.

At the end of the day:

ibrahim was lying besides his two

brothers. they were all lying in a

mat. His brothers had all slept

leaving him to be in deep thought

thinking about what had transpired

with him. All though i have this

believe that i was not dreaming, it

looks like it was a dream. Everything

seemed so real and come to think of

it. Dad said i was not breathing. So it

means i went to another world and

came back. But why did i come back

afterall i have not completed my

mission. Could it be that this is still

part of the hibernation?,but the time

here is not the same time they use

there so how will i know when its

already 24hrs there. Ibrahim kept

thinking and asking himself some

different questions before sleep

came an took him.

A stranger could be seen walking

slowly. The stranger had a mask on

and a red handkerchief. The stranger

checked everywhere to make sure

nobody was watching him. He then

tiptoed and went to the kids room.

He closed the door gently and knelt

down beside ibrahim.

He whispered some indistinct

language and just immediately

when he was about to use the

handkerchief to cover ibrahim nose

the door opened.
