Jagged Edge Productions has unleashed the first look at its evil Peter Pan in its horror yarn Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmares.

First revealed by Variety, the image shows Martin Portlock’s disfigured and murderous twist on Peter Pan.

Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare First Look

Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare is produced by Jagged Edge Productions. It’s part of the Twisted Childhood Universe started by Winnie the Pooh Blood & Honey. The movie reimagines characters created by J. M. Barrie in a horror setting. The story sees Wendy Darling out to rescue her brother from Peter Pan’s clutches.

The film is currently shooting in the UK. There’s no Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare release date just yet, but Jagged Edge is aiming for a Halloween release.

The movie’s cast includes Megan Placito, Peter Desouza-Feighoney (The Pope’s Exorcist), Kit Green, Martin Portlock (Wolf Manor), Nicholas Woodeson (Skyfall, Jon Carter), Kierston Wareing (Fish Tank), Olumide Olorunfemi (Venom: Let There Be Carnage), Teresa Banham, Charity Kase, and Campbell Wallace.

The Poohniverse is definitely ramping up, as we recently had details of stablemate Pinocchio Unstrung, which focuses on practical effects, including a gruesome scene where Pinocchio goes to extreme lengths to be ”a real boy”.

All the films are set to culminate in Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble next year, where Pooh, Pan, Pinocchio, and more team up to carve through a cast of poor fodder.
